Veya BrowserTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Veya Browser, developed by Umar Farooq. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the app
The app is free and lets you browse the public internet. You are responsible for the websites you visit, the content you download and for following the laws that apply to you. Do not use the app for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, or to try to disrupt or reverse engineer the app or its ads.
2. Ads
The app is supported by advertising. Ads from third parties (Meta Audience Network) may be shown when you close the app and when you start a download. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services advertised. Please do not click ads fraudulently or use automated means to generate impressions or clicks. The ad blocker in the app blocks ads on web pages only, not the app’s own ads.
3. Downloads
Files you download are saved in the “Veya Browser” folder inside your Downloads folder. You are responsible for having the right to download and use any file. Download speed depends on your connection and the website.
4. Ad blocker and filter lists
The ad blocker uses public filter lists that are owned by their authors and are downloaded from the internet. Blocking is not perfect, may occasionally affect how a website works, and may not stop every ad (for example ads inside some video players).
5. Third-party content
Websites, videos, files, links and the AI websites you choose to open are provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
6. Intellectual property
The app and its original content belong to Umar Farooq. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Open-source components are used under their own licenses, listed in the app under About → Open-source licenses.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The ad blocker and privacy features reduce, but cannot eliminate, tracking and unwanted content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or the websites you access with it.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
